In the laboratory, we have two Rapid Prototyping machines which produce pieces in a plaster-like material in ABS plus, with an approximate work-volume of 20x20x25cm. We have experience in the design of joints for large prototypes as well as in the re-design the redesign of parts for direct prototyping in assemblies.

Powder prototyping The prototyping machine Zprinter of ZCorporation allows for the rapid printing of 3D models in a great variety of colours.

ABS prototyping The Dimension Elite makes it possible to generate prototypes in ABS plus. It is a very resistant, light material, which allows for a later paint coat. It is perfect to generate definite and very resistant prototypes.

Prototyping of Assemblies Thanks to experience of the PDL on assemblies and unions, the generation of prototypes with multiple functional parts has become possible.
