Peer Review Process
THEORIA is a peer-reviewed journal. According to its topic, each paper is assigned by the Editors to the competent area editor. This latter will choose two external referees. They will provide a report on a blind version of the paper and, on this basis, the area editor will make the final decision about publication. We will try to make a decision on every paper within eight weeks.
Publication Frequency
THEORIA is a four-monthly journal (issues in January, May and September).
Open Access Policy
THEORIA is a non-profit editorial venture of the CALIJ (Centro de Análisis, Lógica e Informática Jurídica) and the University of the Basque Country. We provide free access to all our issues from 2003 onwards.
