   1b) The data-base software: Planetary Virtual Observatory and Laboratory (PVOL)
       for the IOPW (R. Hueso, 10 min)
   
2) Jupiter (G. Orton; total = 20 min):
   2a) Survey observations.
   2b) Temporal changes in the axisymmetric regions. Polar vortex in the IR.  
   2c) Oval BA visible and thermal IR observations.

3) Saturn (total = 25 min)
   3a) Cassini support from ground-based measurements (timing and wavelengths)
