Alcaide Coelho" To: ijw@nmsu.edu Subject: Jupiter observation 20030303 Dear Jupiter observers, Here is an observation from Montijo, Portugal. there was some very good conditions in day 03, some moments of 8/10. Transparency 3/5, some dew and slight wind. Last three months conditions where not favorable at all, fortunately things are starting to change (maybe!) The plate shows four images, all are 200x0.04s. Last image was captured with moments of 6/10. I also have changed my nomenclature settings, now S appears up and images have been renamed to "JupYYYYMMDD". There is some interesting barge activity in the northern latitudes (NNTB; NNNTB). NTP absent and NEB continues receded. GRS seems a little more red. The five SSTB WOS are well distributed in longitude, perhaps a more stable positions for a longer life: http://astrosurf.com/coelho/jup20030303_04.jpg http://astrosurf.com/coelho/jup20030303b.jpg Best all, Paulo Coelho
