Subject: Jupiter images (Jan 17th-18th) Transit.

Hi all,

Here are some images from Jan 17th-18th, showing the
triple transit of Io, Europa and Callisto. Seeing was
good, and the event was followed from start to finish.
The bright equator and dark poles of Io are very
apparent. Also, i caught Oval BA much later on, but
seeing wasnt as good.

This is the first time i recall seeing 3 moons cross
the disk of Jupiter at once.

Subject: More Transit images (Jan 17th-18th.)

Hi all.

Here are some more images of the triple transit. These
ones showing Io emerging from behind Callisto,
Callisto emerging from Transit, and Io's shadow and
Callisto in conjunction on the disk.
