Subject: NNTBs activity

Hi all,

Viewing my recent images over the last several days, i
became aware of two very small blue spots located on
the NNTBs, well seen on Dec 30th and Jan 2nd sessions.
They can also be seen on the Jan 4th images. I
measured/calculated thier drifts, and as i suspected
they are NNTBs jetstream spots.

Spot 1 is located at L2=23.7, and spot 2 at L2=34.4
(Jan 2nd.) Spot 1 is moving at -2.4 degs/day (-73
degs/month vs L2) and spot 2 at -2.6 degs/day (-78
degs/month vs L2.) The observed drifts are consistent
with past observations of NNTBs jetstream spots.
