Again, the seeing was so-so and it was no better than average. The secondary cold front swept through earlier that morning. I had imaged Jupiter the night before and the first cold went through earlier that morning also. We've been getting alot of cold fronts lately at every other day. So, I don't have too much luck from the good seeing condition. I did my best and these images here are pretty decent so far. You can see the GRS transited at exactly 7:02 UT which corresponds to 74 degrees System II longitude. Note that it is very pale in red light Wr. #25. The last two images were taken without the filter (integrated light) and you can see the darkening at the southern portion of the GRS. Also in red light, the belts are lighter but with more details. Without the filter, it is just the opposite. More later............ Regards, Frank J Melillo
