SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

  • EXTENDED DEADLINE: Due to the short time originally provided by the AlifeX conference organizers we have dediced to extend our full-paper submission deadline to the 30th April. Nevertheless a one page abstract (500 words approx) must be submitted for reviewing before the 31st March (full papers are also welcome)

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • Abstracts must not exceed one single page (500 words approx.)
  • Please use the paper formatting instructions bellow for the abstract. Delete the abstract section and start the abstract directly. Abstract pdf example.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format
  • Email your abstracts/papers to barandi@sf.ehu.es AND kepa_ruiz@ehu.es before the 31st March.

    • PAPER SUBMISSION

  • Papers must be submitted in PDF format, and conform to the formatting instructions for authors (PDF).
  • The page limit for papers is 6 pages.
  • See an example paper (PDF) formatted correctly.
  • Please use the Latex style (.sty) file and the Bibtex style (.bst) file (see files used to generate example (.zip)), or Word template (.doc) if possible.
  • Email your papers to barandi@sf.ehu.es AND kepa_ruiz@ehu.es before the 30th April.
  • PUBLICATION: A selection of the papers accepted for the workshop will be included (after an additional reviewing process) in a special issue of the journal "Biological Theory" (MIT Press) or, alternatively, "BioSystems" (the final decision will depend on each journal's time constraints, currently under negotiation).
