The organising committee of this Congress plans to award around 10 grants.
Priority in the awarding of grants will be given to young Spanish
mathematicians and mathematicians from Eastern Europe and Latin America.
The grants will cover registration for the Congress, travel and accommodation.
Partial grants may also be awarded.

April 15th 2000.
